EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The facets of his life are captured in his involvement in the Property Development and Construction industry upon his graduation.
He graduates with Bachelor of Applied Science & Bachelor of Architecture from Curtin University Of Technology,
Western Australia.

His success is clearly reflected in the vast types of extensive projects, as reputable Project Manager and creative Architect. Having been affiliated with the established architectural firms in the industry - his portfolio of accomplishments are extensive.

With his charismatic, versatile, performance-driven personalities, outstanding leadership and management skills, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for LIENDAK. With more than a decade of experience accumulated in his profile in
the Property Development and Construction industry, he has enhanced the company’s vision to be a professional Property Development company.

黄敬雄 STEPHEN WONG K. S.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

He graduates from the South Bank, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil & Structural Engineering.
With his 20 years of technical and onsite-management experience, he has brought a new excitement and energy into
the business.
With his profession as a structural and civil works engineer, it has enabled him to manage the projects efficiently,
as well as delivering the projects on a timely basis.

He was appointed as Project Director since year of 2011. He is currently in charge of all Technical aspects of every project, includes engineering design, tender costing, project meetings and related client affairs on tendered documents. His passion is to develop all these areas of the business for the company.

黄政遑 WONG KING HUONG

ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTOR

She was appointed to Lien Dak as Architectural Director on 2010. She graduates with Bachelor of Applied Science & Bachelor of Architecture from Curtin University Of Technology, Western Australia.
In 2011, she has been awarded with Professional Green Facilitator by Green Building Index (GBI).

With experience of 15 years in architecture design & project management, she has proved herself in contributing to become the master mind of every product that deliver by LIENDAK.

She is currently in charge of all aspects of works in relation to Architecture. Ranging from conceptual design, Green input, Architecture Drawings and etc. With her know-how and matured experience suggests her substantial grasp in the field of architecture and its related consultation endeavors.

洪少敏 RACHEL HONG S. B.

M&E DIRECTOR

What began as friendship became an effective partnership when this young go-getter entrepreneur was appointed to
Lien Dak in 2011 as Director for M&E Division. He graduates with Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Electrical &
Mechanical Engineering.

He started his career with a M&E Consultancy Firm for about 10 years prior joining Lien Dak. With his benefiting dual qualifications in both the fields of Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering, his obvious capability in leading M&E Division in all their projects are proven by his accomplishment in his projects – being consistently delivered on time and always within budgets allocated
